Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembling laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, and gaming computer systems.
  • Follows quality control procedures; looks for mistakes in the assembly process and faulty components; reports problems.
  • Assemble, solder, wire and repair electronic components, sub-assemblies and finished goods.
  • Perform assembly activities prior to and upon completion, such as cleaning and organizing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Work from blueprints, layout drawings, and verbal instruction.
  • Follow prescribed procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately inspect, investigate, and process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, warranties, and upgrades.
  • Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer’s profitability profiles.
  • Assist customers in product availability, parts compatibility, and price changes.
  • Actively reach out to customers to obtain feedback on our policies, website, products, and services.

This candidate will be responsible for the expedient and accurate handling of merchandise into and out of the warehouse facility, along with assisting the Shipping and Receiving Manager in daily tasks, training procedures, quality assurance, and shipment control.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Posts weight and shipping charges.
  • Prepares bills of lading.
  • Photographing all systems prior to shipment.
  • Unload and process incoming stock.
  • Process outbound shipments of inventory via UPS, USPS, FedEx, commercial carrier and will calls.

  • Create a positive AVADirect Customer Service Experience.
  • Provide assistance by troubleshooting incoming and outgoing calls to resolve customers complaints.
  • Repair, communicate and resolve RMA systems.
  • Validation of RMA requirements and provide approval of RMA requests as appropriate.
  • Repair, communicate and resolve courier damage claims.
  • Reply to technical based emails and/or message boards.
  • Work with Production and Quality Control to determine potential solutions for hardware and software problems. Recommend corrections to procedures that prove detrimental.
