Videogame Requirements for Upcoming Titles (Far Cry 6, Battlefield 2042, and more)

Farcry 6

Fall – The Season for Gamers

Move out of the way, Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, Fall is the season of AAA titles. With Fall rapidly approaching, and our wallets starting to hyperventilate, MANY titles are coming up that are all demanding your attention. While you are sitting, pondering which title to pick up, you should also ask yourself… is your PC going to be able to run said title? With each year, games advance more and never cease to blow us away in terms of visuals, however that does mean that older hardware could have a hard time keeping up. Lucky for you, we have some recommended, and minimum, spec requirements for these titles.

Far Cry 6

I can’t tell you how excited I am for this game! Especially since Giancarlo Esposito will be portraying the main antagonist. Not to mention, this game is shaping up to be a huge sandbox world, just as Far Cry 5 was (really recommend that game). Be sure to check out the gameplay trailer here

Do be warned, though – Ubisoft has a track record of having poorly optimized games at launch (we are looking at you, Assassin’s Creed: Unity), so I would take both spec requirements with a grain of salt.

Nonetheless, Back 4 Blood is a fast-paced co-op horde based shooter that puts you in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. You can check out the gameplay trailer here, if you didn’t get a chance to play the open beta that happened recently.
